it has been awhile since we’ve gotten substantial snow.

I haven’t had to wear my Sorel snow boots for the past few years. It was with deep resignation and acceptance when I saw all the snow in front of me that would have to be cleared.
I played some Taylor Swift and just got to work. Bit by little bit, the sidewalk, car and back walkway were cleared. It took a couple hours and there’s a few more inches of snow on the way but the bulk of it is done. One bright side is that the snow wasn’t wet and heavy.
Question: Anyone have a favorite lightweight snow boot that’s warm to recommend? The biggest downside to mine is that after 15 minutes, insulation ceases to exist.
