I’ve never sought out orange marmalade in my life and given the choice I wouldn’t even choose it. But, I would give this a try. A lot of the “easy” recipes I came across involved a lot of steps and julienning and separating over the course of 24 hours. But I wanted it now.
Enter this quick and easy recipe with the instant pot. Not including the time it took to soak the oranges in a bath of vinegar water to get the gunk out and brushing them, it took only an hour.
I tried it and had the husband confirm that it is indeed delicious.
